West Business Solutions Computer Services are delivered with an three years parts and 12 month labour warranty.
- West Business Solutions computers shall be maintained by us to be free from defects in components, materials and workmanship affecting normal use for a period of three years.
- Any component found to be defective, will be replaced with a new component of identical type. If such component becomes superseded or unavailable during the period of this Warranty, the replacement component will be of at least equivalent quality, performance and cost.
- West Business Solutions shall always replace, and not repair, computer components which are found to be defective as described above.
Peripherals Accessories
Where the affected item is a third party peripheral which was sold with a computer system from West Business Solutions (and for which the Manufacturer's warranty only applies), and such peripheral needs to be returned for repair by the manufacturer West Business Solutions can assist to manage the warranty process, at the customers’ request.

Warranty Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to wear and tear, virus infection, external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
